Is a centralized database of all quality assured qualifications offered in each Pacific Island Country. It is intended to provide information on different qualifications available in each country. All qualifications registered in the PQR will have been registered in the National Qualifications Framework of the relevant country.

Key Functions

The PRQR will provide opportunity for cross recognition of qualifications offered by the different countries and will allow for meaningful comparison of the equivalence of similar or same qualifications.

As the world continues to merge into a global village through technological advances and breakthroughs, migration and labour mobility, it is crucial that the PQR provide a framework for assessment of the compatibility of Pacific qualifications facilitating portability of learning and mobility of the Pacific labour force.
